Vincent directed the comedy drama The Loss Adjuster, starring Luke Goss, Dame Joan Collins, Cathy Tyson, Guy Siner & Martin Kemp released across the UK in Christmas 2020. Picking up Best Director and Best Feature at the Vancouver International Film Awards. This is after co-directing the action thriller TV Pilot Jack Stall Dead and finishing the documentary People, Politics & Planes exposing the global conspiracy surrounding the collapse of Laker Airways, involving major airlines, banks, and UK/US governments in 2021. His directing debut Harrigan, a crime thriller set in 1974 went out theatrically and digitally via Netflix, BT Vision and Best of British on Virgin Media and on SONY. He also Exec. Produced If I Were You starring Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden and Sparks & Embers starring Kris Marshal (Love Actually, Death in Paradise). He is working on several new screenplays including Man Down and Calum's Way both incredible true stories. Vincent, from North West England started in commercials writing, directing and producing short form content for blue chip companies such as Nike, Ever-Ready and P&G. This also included large scale audio visual events, cinematic works, motivational experiences, interactive public shows and top selling videos. His original passion was as an artist studying Fine Art. Vincent set up London North Studios and major new studio facility in the heart of North London.  As Head of Studios he has attracted major productions from Netflix, ITV, BBC, Sky and CH4.  Vincent is also an accomplished actor, performing in numerous films.

Paul Forrest
Producer

Paul is an experienced business leader and investment executive. With some thirty years of experience in the areas of board advisory, M&A activity and film production, Paul has significant experience as a Non-Executive Director of a number of fast-moving and agile businesses focused on disrupting their sectors. This includes roles such as the Chair of a market leading Visual Effects business and a board member of Post Production facility.

Paul is also an experienced producer and has structured financial transactions for filmmakers undertaking projects ranging from low budget independent films through to participation in large scale collective investment schemes used to support studio production activities.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative and bold storytelling, Paul has a robust appreciation for how to bring the most challenging true stories to the screen through his additional work as a published photographer and award-winning cinematographer.

Paul splits his time between business ventures and projects in London, the US and Scotland. Paul is the Chair of several Scottish based ventures creating significant employment and market opportunities for businesses in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Paul Rogers
Executive Producer

Paul Rogers is a highly motivated entrepreneurial business leader based in North East England. Born and raised in North Shields from humble beginnings he has become an industry leader in his field. He started and still manages a very successful manufacturing business in Newcastle which supplies installation products to blue chip companies in the UK and export markets. His motivation is to be part of a winning team making credible commercially viable great entertaining films.

Michael Booth (QC)
Non Executive Director

Michael Booth has been a highly motivated and successful QC for over 10 years undertaking high level commercial, company, insolvency, civil fraud, money-laundering, internet defamation and intellectual property litigation both here and overseas. He has a wide range of clients including the British Board of Film Classification.

Michael has his own legal website www.leadingcounsel.co.uk and has his own film rights acquisition and exploitation business. He is also Non Executive Director of TallTree Pictures Ltd.

Neil Cowan
Non-Executive Director

Neil graduated in Management Science, specialising in accountancy and portfolio analysis. In 1980 he decided to move into the Financial Services profession, advising clients on the full spectrum of long term financial planning with Hambro Life Assurance/Allied Dunbar. In 1992 Neil joined St James's Place Wealth Management Group and is one its founding partners. St James's Place is a FTSE 250 company and has been voted 2 years running as Wealth Management Company of the Year - 2012/2013, City of London Awards. Neil also supplies 3rd party capital to the Lloyds insurance market.

Neil's philosophy focuses upon maintaining long-term, trusted relationships, showing distinct quality and integrity, which in turn gives both private and business clients financial peace of mind. The level of satisfaction may be judged by the fact that many new clients come to him as a result of personal recommendation by existing clients or professional contacts.
